The dispatch time is 3 Days.
Delivery time ranges between 2-5 days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
For Customized Orders - Within & Outside India.
Shipping & Dispatch may take longer depending on the customization.
Customized orders are not eligible for Exchange/Returns.
For International Orders - Outside India.
The dispatch time is 3 Days.
Delivery time is 5 -8 business days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
Any kind of custom charges are to be borne by the recipient, and we are not responsible for any kind of government charges or duties if applicable in your country upon delivery.
These timelines for international shipments are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your country charges import fees, it may take longer to receive your package. We strongly recommend international customers to include their phone number at the end of their shipping address.
All international orders are non-refundable & non-returnable.
VAT, GST or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
We arrange a secure doorstep pick-up, professionally repolish your pieces, and safely deliver them back to you.
How it works:
• Place a prepaid order for this pick up and drop service
• We schedule a doorstep pickup for the Vamika pieces that require repolish
• Once received, jewellery is weighed at our workshop
• Repolishing charges are calculated per gram and shared with you
• Once completed (both repolish and balance repolish payment), your jewellery is delivered back
Packing Instructions (Mandatory):
• Pack the jewellery securely in its original box
• Seal the box properly with tape
• Place it inside a sturdy cardboard outer box
• Take a clear photo of the packed parcel while handing it over to the courier for your records
