What is luxury silver-wear?

Vamika has created a niche for itself by introducing to the market a new standard of luxury. Our jewels are crafted in silver (both sterling and alloy), plated in 24 karat gold and embellished with both precious and semi precious stones.

What is the purity of silver used?

We have enlisted two ranges on our website - Sterling Silver and Silver Alloy. Sterling Silver pieces are based on hallmarked 92.5 sterling silver; Combination base pieces are made on a mixed base of silver and brass. 

What stones are used in your pieces?

We use a combination of precious and semi precious stones in our pieces. Stone details about every piece are mentioned in their product descriptions. Here is a list of some stones that we very frequently use:

  • Precious Stones (Lab tested and certified): Emeralds, Rubies, and Sapphires
  • Semi Precious Stones (Lab tested and certified): Tourmaline, Green Onyx, Blue Onyx, Belur Polki

 

Do you use real pearls in your jewelry?

We use Fresh Water Pearls or Traditional Czech Beads in our jewelry. We often use South Sea Pearls as well. Specifications are provided in product descriptions under every individual piece of jewelry.

What about the polish? How long does it last?

All our pieces have a 1.5 or 2 Micron Cold Polish, which when properly taken care of lasts up-till 5-8 years. You will be provided a Care Card upon purchase, which has instructions about proper jewelry preservation. In case you wish to get your piece re-polished after some time, we would be happy to do so. Does your jewelry have any resale value?

Yes, we offer a lifetime cashback offer of 50% or an exchange of 60% on our sterling silver pieces. We also offer a 2 year long cashback offer of 50% or an exchange of 60% on our mix silver products. The offer is only considered valid if you have retained the original invoice and are in possession of the product in its original condition.

Do you also offer returns or refunds?

Kindly refer to our Refund Policy, which is only valid on products purchased on our website.

Do you also make fine jewelry?

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept various modes of payment such as: Online Payments, Bank Transfers, Cash On Delivery.

I wish to purchase a made to order piece of jewelry but I require delivery before 30 days, can you do that?

Yes, we would gladly comply and make sure you get your piece delivered in time. However, for any rush-order, there is a surcharge of approximately 10% depending on the urgency of the order.

Can you customize a mix silver design into sterling silver and vice versa?

We are happy to customize our mixed silver designs into sterling silver. Quotes can be requested on our customer care whatsapp number. However, we do not customize our sterling silver designs into mix silver.

I have messaged and called on the customer care number but no one has replied.

Our customer care service hours are from Monday - Saturday 10:30 am - 6:00 pm. All queries are usually answered within a few hours. 

I have to attend an event in 2 days, should I order from your website today?

We usually take between 3-5 days to dispatch the product and it can take anytime between 2-7 days to reach you, depending on your location. We request you to order at least ten days in advance from the day of your event. In the case of Made To Order Products the time will differ considerably.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been confirmed with us, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email once your product has been dispatched. This email will consist of a tracking number which you can then enter in the Track Your Order tab at the bottom of the website or on the Bluedart Website.
